The battle against cancer is being fought at Texas State. More than 24-thousand dollars was raised over the weekend to go toward cancer research. The annual Relay for Life was held at Bobcat Stadium. Those who participated walked, ran and even danced around the track to help raise donations for the cause. Some of the participants were cancer survivors; others were there to remember lost loved ones. The money raised will be given to the American Cancer Society.
