The Square in San Marcos is known for its popular bar scene, but one club in particular sticks out from the crowd - leaving its Marc for people to remember. Nick Hayes has more in this Bobcat Update.

The Marc is a night club that stays busy during the late night hours. Different themes are associated with different nights, bringing variety to the atmosphere.

With plenty of space and an abundance of alcohol, the Marc provides a place for patrons to enjoy themselves while blowing off steam.

Flexible hours are offered to employees who are enrolled in school.

Mostly on the weekends, the Marc hosts musical artists from a wide variety of genres. Tickets often sell fast and the concerts bring in large crowds. For example, an upcoming show with electronic music producer Marshmello is already sold out for November 17th.

Still, safety should never be a concern with up to ten or 12 security guards available during large turnouts to keep the crowd under control.
