Some Texas State students are bringing salsa to San Marcos. Bobcat update's Rachel Bloom has the story.
Salsa on the Square is a monthly event held at Stonewall Warehouse. It is presented by the Latin Music Studies department and brings salsa music to Texas State.

Salsa del Rio and Orquesta del Rio from Texas State both performed.

It was a fun time for everyone that made it out.

The event is open to anyone 18 or older and there is a five-dollar cover charge for anyone under 21.
